Steps
- 1Open Approvals from the left navigation.
- 2Select the post waiting for review.
- 3Check the copy, media, destination, and schedule.
- 4Approve the post or reject it with actionable notes.
- 5Confirm the post state updates after the decision.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The reviewer can identify the brand and destination.
- Check: The approval decision is recorded.
- Check: Rejected posts include enough context for the creator to fix them.
- Check: Approved posts move forward without losing proof context.
Notes
- Use rejection notes for specific fixes, not vague feedback. It keeps the review loop short.
