AckPost Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to AckPost, available at https://ackpost.com, and to the AckPost social publishing platform, integrations, support workflows, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using AckPost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AckPost provides a social media publishing platform with proof-backed publishing, multi-brand management, approval workflows, inbox tools, AI-assisted drafting, automation settings, and analytics. We connect to third-party social media platforms via OAuth or approved platform APIs on your behalf.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all content, replies, approvals, automations, schedules, imports, and publishing actions made from your workspace. You agree not to use AckPost for spam, illegal content, deceptive activity, harassment, unauthorized messaging, or any activity that violates the terms of connected social platforms.
4. AI and Auto-Reply Automation
AckPost may offer AI-assisted features, including smart reply suggestions, auto-reply drafting, content generation, scheduling suggestions, and other automation tools. These features are optional and user-controlled. When you enable an AI or auto-reply setting, you are responsible for configuring it appropriately, reviewing its outputs, and ensuring that any message, reply, post, or action complies with your policies, applicable law, and third-party platform rules.
If AckPost later offers a setting that sends or prepares replies automatically, you remain responsible for enabling, monitoring, disabling, and reviewing that automation. AckPost may apply safety rules that draft, hold, or escalate messages involving refunds, legal issues, privacy, security, angry complaints, safety concerns, or other high-risk topics, but those safeguards do not replace your own review obligations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for a particular customer, audience, jurisdiction, or platform. AckPost does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, suitability, deliverability, or business outcome of AI-generated or automated content. You assume responsibility for any content or reply that you approve, send, publish, schedule, or allow to be prepared through enabled automation settings.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product, AckPost automation is designed to assist with drafts, suggestions, routing, and operational workflows. You should not rely on AI or automation for legal, financial, medical, emergency, safety, security, refund, cancellation, or other high-risk communications without appropriate human review.
5. Connected Platforms
Your use of connected services such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, WordPress, Google Business Profile, and other destinations remains subject to those platforms' terms, policies, API limits, review status, and availability. AckPost is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, rejected posts, token expiration, API changes, moderation decisions, or platform enforcement actions.
6. Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
AckPost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AckPost is not liable for damages, losses, claims, penalties, business interruption, reputational harm, lost revenue, platform enforcement, or customer disputes arising from your use of the service, connected platform behavior, AI-generated content, automation settings, scheduled publishing, or messages sent or approved from your workspace.
