Connect your social destinations
Connect the accounts, pages, boards, and publishing lanes your brand will use inside AckPost.
Expected outcome
Your brand has at least one connected destination and can be selected in the composer.
Steps
- 1Open Connections from the left navigation.
- 2Choose the platform you want to connect.
- 3Follow the provider authorization screen and return to AckPost.
- 4Confirm the connected page, board, profile, or channel appears under the brand.
- 5Open New Post and confirm the destination is selectable.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The destination name matches the real account you intended to connect.
- Check: AckPost shows the destination as connected or ready.
- Check: The destination appears in the New Post selector.
- Check: Any platform-specific requirement, such as media for Pinterest or Instagram, is visible before publishing.
Notes
- Normal users connect accounts through AckPost with guided account linking.
- If a provider asks for reauthorization, reconnect before scheduling important posts.
