Import posts from a CSV
Upload a spreadsheet, review the import preview, and bring scheduled content into AckPost.
Expected outcome
The imported posts appear as drafts or queued content after preview review.
Steps
- 1Open Import CSV from the left navigation.
- 2Download or follow the CSV template fields.
- 3Upload the prepared spreadsheet.
- 4Review the preview for dates, copy, media references, and destinations.
- 5Approve the import and confirm the posts appear in AckPost.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: Dates and timezones are correct before import approval.
- Check: Rows with warnings are reviewed before completion.
- Check: Imported posts land in the expected brand or workspace.
- Check: The final import result shows complete, warning, or failed status clearly.
