Review drafts before publishing
Find saved drafts, inspect the content, and move ready work into approval or scheduling.
Expected outcome
Drafts are cleaned up, sent for approval, queued, or scheduled instead of sitting unseen.
Steps
- 1Open Drafts from the left navigation.
- 2Filter or scan the saved drafts for the brand.
- 3Open the draft that needs attention.
- 4Review copy, media, destination, and approval policy.
- 5Send it for approval, queue it, schedule it, or leave it as a draft.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The draft belongs to the correct brand.
- Check: The destination still has a healthy connection.
- Check: The post passes validation before it leaves draft state.
- Check: Unneeded drafts are cleaned up to reduce queue confusion.
Notes
- Draft review is a good place to catch wrong-account mistakes before clients or followers see them.
