- 2Create a reply for a common customer question.
- 3Keep the response specific, short, and brand-safe.
- 4Save it under the correct brand or workspace.
- 5Use it from the inbox when a matching message arrives.
Acceptance checklist
- Check: The saved reply does not promise unsupported outcomes.
- Check: The tone matches the brand.
- Check: The reply is easy for a human to review before sending.
- Check: The saved reply can be found again from the response workflow.
